Purpose
The primary purpose of this apparatus is to test the mechanical strength of the motorized cleaning head used in water-absorbing cleaning appliances.
Test Sample
Motorized cleaning heads of water-suction cleaning appliances.
Drop Test Procedure
Suspend the power cleaning head of the water-absorbing cleaning appliance and make it horizontal with the bottom plate, and drop the sample from a height of 100mm onto a rigid supporting steel plate with a thickness of at least 15mm and a mass of at least 15kg. The test is carried out 4000 times at a frequency of no more than 20 times per minute. The power cleaning head of the water-absorbing cleaning appliance is dropped 1000 times on the left, right, front and cleaning surface respectively.
