Principle:
The mobile phone twisting test machine simulates the twisting action that occurs during user interaction with a mobile phone to assess its durability and reliability. The equipment utilizes a PLC control system that allows for setting test twisting times and lifespan. The device drives the twisting fixture to rotate forward and reverse through a motor. The touch screen displays real-time forward and reverse rotation torque values, ensuring accurate and reliable testing results.
Torsion Testing Machine Test Method:
- Place the mobile phone or tablet computer (or other mobile communication products) in an unpowered state.
- Install the matching battery.
- Fix the device on the torsion testing machine.
- Clamp both ends of the mobile phone or tablet computer at 15mm.
- Apply a maximum equal force not exceeding 2N.m and a minimum torque not less than 0.5Nm.
- Twist clockwise and counterclockwise alternately at a frequency of 15-30 times per minute for a total of 500 times.
- Remove the sample for functional, appearance, and assembly test judgment.
For handheld devices with folding, sliding, or rotating structures, ensure the test is conducted in a closed state.
