Product Brief  introduction:

The Rigid Test Finger is a precision test probe made according to Figure 7 (Fig. 7) of the IEC 61032 (Test probe 11) and is used to simulate a human finger. It is also used by the standards of CSA, IRAM, UL. IEC 60335, IRAM 4220-1 and in most of the rules involved in the verification of accessibility to live parts.

Access probe for determining the mechanical strength of touchable parts, with integrated compression spring according to standard EN 60335-1 picture 7 and force scale from 0-75 N in 5 N steps.

The test finger with a length of 80 mm is made of stainless steel. According to the regulation, the fingertip corresponds to the dimensions of the movable test finger BND-B according to figure 2 of the standard EN 61032.

A 4 mm connection socket is integrated below the ∅ 50 mm polyamide washer for contact and continuity testing.

The Rigid Test Finger was made on stainless steel and Polyamide handle.
