Manual Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine – Tensile/Compression/Bend Tester
Test Principle
Oil is drawn from the tank through a filter into the axial plunger pump. Closing the return valve and opening the supply valve directs high-pressure oil to the working cylinder, driving the piston and crossbeam. Load is measured via a pressure sensor linked to the microcomputer system, which processes data for real-time display and analysis.
Load Frame Design
- Rigid Construction: Precision-steel columns and fixed crossbeam form a high-strength frame.
- Dual Test Zones:
- Upper Space: Tensile tests (via hydraulic wedge grips).
- Lower Space: Compression/bending tests (using platens or rollers).
- Adjustable Crossbeam: Manual height adjustment for flexible test space.
- Protective Cover: Shields operators during sample fracture.
Control Cabinet
- Spray-Coated Enclosure: Rust and moisture-resistant.
- Intuitive Interface:
- Touch keys for test setup (method, parameters).
- Real-time curves and data on LCD.
- Manual Valves:
- Oil Supply Valve: Controls load application speed.
- Oil Return Valve: Unloads pressure post-test.
- Oil Tank: Visible level window; houses a high-pressure plunger pump (minimal leakage).
Fixtures & Attachments
- Hydraulic Wedge Grips
- Auto-clamps round samples (Ø6–40mm) and flat samples (0–30mm thick × ≤75mm wide).
- Compression Platens
- Rugged 160mm-diameter plates for crush testing.
- 3-Point Bend Fixtures
- Adjustable lower rollers (30–600mm spacing) and a 30mm upper roller.
Applications
Widely used in:
- Metallurgy: Metal strength validation.
- Construction: Concrete/brick compression tests.
- Aerospace & Aviation: Component durability checks.
- Manufacturing: Quality assurance for plastics, composites, and raw materials.
- R&D: New material performance analysis.
