Most equipment is pre-installed and calibrated. We provide manuals, videos, and remote support. On-site services (fee-based) are available for complex setups.

12–18 months. Free replacement for non-human-damaged parts during warranty. Post-warranty, we supply parts at cost and offer lifetime technical support.
