Battery Heavy Object Vertical Impact Tester – Lithium Battery Safety Tester
Working principle:
Based on the principle of converting gravitational potential energy into kinetic energy, the battery impact tester lifts a pre-set weight to a specified height and then releases it. The weight falls freely under the action of gravity and hits the battery placed on the test platform. During the impact process, various sensors installed inside the tester, such as temperature sensors, pressure sensors, voltage and current sensors, monitor the changes in various battery parameters in real time, and transmit the data to the computer control system for analysis and processing.

Main components:
- Test bench: used to support and fix the battery to ensure that the battery remains stable during the impact test.
- Weight device: including weight, guide mechanism and lifting mechanism; the weight falls along a fixed trajectory through the guide mechanism to simulate the impact scene in the real environment; the lifting mechanism is used to adjust the falling height of the weight.
- Control system: responsible for controlling the test process, including the setting of parameters such as the falling speed and falling height of the weight; the control system can also record various data of the lithium battery during the test in real time, which is convenient for subsequent analysis and evaluation.
- Safety protection device: ensure the safety of the impact test process and prevent the heavy object from causing harm to the operator; common safety protection devices include protective nets, protective covers, etc.
